Last year, Substance accompanied the development of incredible games, and we had the opportunity to speak with their designers about their workflow and experience. Among the titles we explored: Ghost Recon: Wildlands, Forza Motorsport 7, Robo Recall.

 

THE BEST OF SUBSTANCE 2017: VFX



We're proud to see more and more use of Substance Designer and Substance Painter in VFX, and 2017 was especially fruitful. Substance appeared in blockbusters such as Logan, as well as TV productions, like The Man in the High Castle. We talked to their artists.


ZHANGXIAO: HOW I MADE THE ORC
