This Mac release has the same interface, capabilities, and works with the same license as the Windows version. Imatest IT Operator ConsoleOpen Source GUI for Manufacturing TestingNew for Imatest IT, the Operator Console provides an open source user interface that allows the user to perform Blemish or SFRplus tests within a production environment. This interface is being used to rapidly test camera modules as they are adjusted to obtain optimal focus. The source code is maintained on GitHub and released under the GPL license. Introducing the Isolight The Isolight is a reflective light metering system that provides an easy-to-read display of illumination intensity and uniformity. It also has an LED Chaser that can be used to measure timing delay and shutter speed. We have developed versions of several standard test charts that can be mounted on the Isolight and are interchangeable. This is a great system for test labs that want to perform controlled tests of color, texture and tone. Reflective Test Chart QualityDuring the fall, we tested some close-up views and performed MTF analysis of the fine detail of our inkjet and photographic test charts. Here we show how important it is to select a test chart that has higher precision than the sensor you are measuring; how each chart appears at an extremely close-up view and which transmissive chart is best for your test lab. |
